  蘋(píng)果是最重要的果樹(shù)種類之一。截至2005年底,中國(guó)蘋(píng)果種植面積、為189萬(wàn)hm(2)產(chǎn)量為2400萬(wàn)t,分別占全球蘋(píng)果種植面積及產(chǎn)量的2/5和1/3,中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為世界規(guī)模最大、最重要的蘋(píng)果生產(chǎn)大國(guó)。2004年,在中國(guó)山東省泰安市召開(kāi)了首屆國(guó)際蘋(píng)果學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)。2006年,由中國(guó)園藝學(xué)會(huì)蘋(píng)果分會(huì)、山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)和西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)主辦,山東省煙臺(tái)市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院承辦,在中國(guó)山東省煙臺(tái)市、陜西省楊凌市、北京市召開(kāi)了第二屆國(guó)際蘋(píng)果學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)。第二屆國(guó)際蘋(píng)果學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)的主題為“蘋(píng)果科學(xué)研究與人類健康”;宗旨為“提高蘋(píng)果科學(xué)研究水平,加快世界蘋(píng)果產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展步伐,推動(dòng)蘋(píng)果從果園到餐桌的安全性研究”;會(huì)議目的是交流近年來(lái)關(guān)于蘋(píng)果生理、生態(tài)、分子生物學(xué)等方面的研究新進(jìn)展,蘋(píng)果新品種、新類型的生育規(guī)律及高產(chǎn)配套技術(shù)研究,蘋(píng)果高產(chǎn)、高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)栽培新技術(shù)新方法的研究及應(yīng)用,蘋(píng)果大面積高產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)成果及經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹,蘋(píng)果產(chǎn)后儲(chǔ)藏技術(shù)研究及銷售,對(duì)蘋(píng)果栽培及生產(chǎn)發(fā)展的預(yù)測(cè)及展望等?!短O(píng)果科研進(jìn)展——第二屆國(guó)際蘋(píng)果學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)論文集》即由第二屆國(guó)際蘋(píng)果學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)會(huì)議交流的主要論文編篡而成。為客觀反映會(huì)議情況及應(yīng)作者要求,《蘋(píng)果科研進(jìn)展——第二屆國(guó)際蘋(píng)果學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)論文集》收集的每篇文章除因成書(shū)的需要而統(tǒng)一版式、字體及字型外,文章的內(nèi)容及成文語(yǔ)言皆保持作者遞交時(shí)的狀態(tài)。愿《蘋(píng)果科研進(jìn)展——第二屆國(guó)際蘋(píng)果學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)論文集》的出版,能準(zhǔn)確、完整地反映第二屆國(guó)際蘋(píng)果學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)的學(xué)術(shù)交流情況,也能對(duì)促進(jìn)中國(guó)蘋(píng)果學(xué)術(shù)研究和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有所裨益。
